• Business profile: business name, public URL slug, timezone.
• Booking data: workshop details, attendee names and emails, booking timestamps.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store transaction references but never your full card details.
• Technical logs: IP addresses, browser user-agent, and request timestamps for security and debugging.

• Contract performance: processing your data is necessary to provide the service you signed up for (account management, bookings, payments).
• Legitimate interest: security logging, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Consent: marketing communications, if you opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time.

• Account data: retained until you delete your account.
• Financial records: anonymized and retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
• Technical logs: automatically deleted after 30 days.
